In our individual coaching sessions we work together in a relationship based on trust and safety. Alchemy is the transformation of one thing into a more precious elixir, if you will. The cycle of transformation alive in our menstrual cycle, in the moon cycle, in the seasons, gives us the framework to deepen into this inner blueprint to move through your own internal alchemy. Growing presence with the cycle brings back awareness of our intrinsic connection with nature, and gives us clear guidance in our lives about where to place our energy and how to navigate. Together, we grow a container of trust where we listen to the body, dreams, and your heart's desires. Through this process a trust in your innate wisdom is fostered. Your inner healer guides the way.

This work can be an ongoing support or a one time experience. Listen to what is calling you. I will support your process as you grow a deeper relationship with the womb space through meditation and body awareness practices. This relationship has the power to activate the womb, a woman's seat of power, wisdom and creativity. The womb and the body itself hold deep wisdom. As we learn to listen to this wisdom old patterns can become unblocked giving space for the creative life force to activate and flow. Through spending time with dreams, creative rituals and body we integrate shadow and tend to wounds growing compassion and presence. When the river of life force becomes unblocked your vitality and creativity flow. You will learn, as I am still learning, to deeply trust your body, your cyclical nature, your desires and yourself. Our work is a collaborative process to honor the highest expression of your innate nature.
