I am just coming out of my moon cave and feeling the layers that have shed. It is so incredible to me this process of physical, spiritual and emotional transformation our beings go through each month. As women we understand the swelling of the moon, the tides, the changing of the seasons in our bones. We hold so much rich wisdom to be remembered. It doesn't always feel good in the midst of transformation. It often hurts like hell. But don't lose heart, the sun soaked summers return as constantly as the dark quiet of Winter.

I am learning to lean into this summer and plan less and practice, like a toddler walking, to trust in the delicious unfolding of my soul's highest good. I am resting on a beautiful message from my womb this moontime. 'Clear away the rubble and you will live in the temple of your destiny'. Much rubble to clear and opening to this golden temple.
